About the exhibition

International Conference and Exhibition «Non-Destructive Testing» — is the Ukraine-largest international exhibition of instruments and equipment for industrial non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics. The Exhibition in 2007 will be the ninth one in its series. Traditionally, Exhibitions «Non-Destructive Testing» are accompanied by the following allied industrial exhibitions and expositions: «Welding. Related Technologies», «Pipeline Transport», «Industrial Painting and Corrosion Protection», and «Industrial Ecology» (within the «Industrial Technologies» week).

Goal of the Conference and Exhibition — exchange of scientific and technical information, of information on world achievements in the field of non-destructive testing, and on methodical projects, identification of promising ways of cooperation in development of new equipment and technology, development of collaborative research programs, and establishment of business contacts and commercial relations in the field.

Facts and Figures of 2006:

More than 50 companies from Ukraine, as well as many foreign companies, i.e. from Austria, Belarus, Finland, Germany, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and USA demonstrated their products at the Exhibition «Non-Destructive Testing - 2006» held within the «Industrial Technologies» week in 2006.

According to the 2006 year statistics, exhibitions of the «Industrial Technologies» week were attended by about 10,000 people: company managers, supply managers, technical managers of enterprises and divisions, technical specialists of different trades, mass media and information service representatives, and technical students.

Conference «Non-Destructive Testing» is held annually, in parallel with the Exhibition. Specialists attending the Conference will have the opportunity to present and listen to the papers on new technologies for NDT of items and equipment in different industries, and share their experience in solving variety of technological challenges and problems.

Participation in the Exhibition as an Exhibitor

Time frames:

Participation fees:

1. Mandatory registration fee for exhibitors €200*

The fee includes: participation in all Exhibition events, advertising campaign in mass media, placing of information about a participant in official Exhibition catalogue, 1 copy of the Exhibition catalogue, participants' badges, general layout arrangement, invitation to the Exhibition opening reception party for 2 persons.

2. Fee for equipped display floor area is €135* per 1 m² (minimal booth area is 6 m²).

Fee for the booth, depending upon its size, includes the following display equipment:

3. Non-equipped display floor area: €120^* per 1 m² (fee for the non-equipped display floor area includes only carpeting).

4. Advertising in Exhibition catalogue:

• 1 colour page, format A5 — €200^*
• 1 black-and-white page, format A5 — €100^*

5. As to the quantity of the open sides, the booths are subdivided into frontal, corner, end and island types. Depending upon the configuration of a booth, its rental fee increases as follows:

а) frontal — 0%,
б) corner — +5%,
в) end type — +10%,
г) island type — +15%.

6. The list of and fees for extra equipment and services are given in Appendix 1. If necessary, Exhibitor should indicate in the application form the type and quantity of the required extra equipment and/or services.

Discounts:

Renting of more than 24 m² floor area — 5%.

Recurrent participation in the Exhibition — 4%.

Payment of the participation fee before 01.01.2007 — 3%.

Discounts apply only to the display floor area rental.

Payment

1. Exhibitor should pay all fees for participation in the Exhibition within the terms established by the Organizer. The deadline to pay the participation fees is 14 April 2007.
2. If Exhibitor fails to pay his participation fee within the set terms, the Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the Agreement and offer the floor area to other participant.

Participation fees should be paid on the basis of agreement signed by both parties after the Organizer receives from Exhibitor the properly filled up application form.

Participation cancellation

1. In case of cancellation of participation in the Exhibition, Exhibitor should notify the Organizer of this in writing. The date of participation cancellation is the date of receiving by the Organizer a written notification from Exhibitor.
2. In case Exhibitor cancels his participation in the Exhibition not less than 3 weeks before its opening, all his payments, except for the organization costs, are refunded to him.
3. In case Exhibitor cancels his participation in the Exhibition not less than 2 weeks before its opening, all his payments, except for the organization costs and 50 % of the Agreement value, are refunded to him.
4. In case Exhibitor cancels his participation in the Exhibition less than 1 week before its opening, no refunding is made to Exhibitor.

Other services

1. Organizer helps to transport, ship, deliver, handle and pass the customs formalities for exhibits and other cargoes.
2. Hotel reservation is made, provided a payment guarantee letter is available.

Security

Organizer guarantees safe keeping of the registered property in an Exhibitor's booth after every-day closing of the exposition for visitors and till its opening the next day.

During working hours of the Exhibition, it is the Exhibitor who is responsible for safe keeping of his property.

Other provisions

1. Exhibitor should observe the preventive fire-fighting regulations, and in case of their violation he is 100 % liable for damage caused by the fire.
2. After the Exhibition is over, Exhibitor returns the leased equipment to the Organizer and empties the display room after giving a preliminary notice to the Organizer.

In case of damage of the display equipment, Exhibitor should pay to the Organizer within a week term the market price of the damaged equipment as per examination report.
