Couples who arrive in Ukraine from the green zone must have a valid medical insurance policy regarding COVID-19 in Ukraine(!) that covers the treatment of Covid-19 and a PCR test no more than 48 hours before the border control in Ukraine. If couples fly from red zone countries without PCR, they have to undergo this test right after the arrival and wait in self-isolation for 14 days. If you already have a negative PCR test, then, accordingly, you do not need to take a PCR test here and do not need to go into self-isolation.
