We use original technology developed by our specialists, which is constantly being improved with the use of advanced scientific and technical achievements. What distinguishes your thermoelectric modules from others on the market? Our company has a full production cycle, starting from growing ingots of thermoelectric materials and ending with testing processes of finished modules. This allows us to optimize the parameters of the modules for each specific application already at the stage of growing the material. What material do you use for thermoelectric modules? We use the basic composition of semiconductor material: n-type Bi2Te3-Bi2Se3 and p-type Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3. A certain composition of base materials and alloying impurities is selected for different ranges of operating temperatures and conditions of use. How do you ensure the quality of your modules?
