Partnership & cooperation AMC Consultants (UK) and Lycopodium (South Africa) are engaged by ULM as main contractors for the PFS. Geotechnical works are studies are currently underway. ESIA study is underway led by North Coast Consultants (UK). Anzaplan Dorfner Laboratory (Germany) is engaged for current round of metallurgical tests and Preliminary Economic Assessment for lithium refinery construction. ULM has become a member of European Battery Alliance in 2020. June 18, 2024 ULM company continues baseline data collection for ESIA In April 2024, as part of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), specialists from CDM Engineering Ukraine LLC revisited the Polokhivske lithium deposit site and its surrounding areas. Their objective was to collect water and air samples and conduct a comprehensive study of the plant and wildlife diversity that may be impacted by the company's planned activities. May 10, 2024 ULM completes the Pre-Feasibility Study for Polokhivske lithium project In April 2024, ULM completed the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for its Polokhivske lithium deposit, confirming the lithium ore reserves of the deposit as well as strong economic parameters necessitating the decision to progress the project to the next stage.
