If you want to receive a decoration for the New Year, February 14 or March 8, it is better to order in advance: production time before the holidays increases due to increased demand.

The item is created according to the client's personal wishes. The key steps, creating a sketch and a 3D model, are agreed with the client.
Therefore, products of proper quality cannot be returned due to "dislike". If the reason is related to technical objections to the quality of the item, this is a case of free of charge warranty service or repair, and we will eliminate the shortcomings.
If the item has been broken, or a gem fell out, through the fault of the client - this is a paid service or repair, and we will repair the item and charge accordingly.

The exact weight of the product is known only after it has been completed.
Before the final stage of production, we can calculate the approximate weight of the model. It can vary from 3% to 10% of the expected weight.

Yes, subject to the availability of the necessary gem stones.
The desired insert must have the same dimensions as the selected model. This means that it is impossible to put a 1.0 ct gem stone in the model of a ring created for a 0.5 ct diamond.
To insert a larger / smaller size, you need to create a new model of the item. The cost of production depends on several parameters:
✓ Current market price for inserts and metal
✓ Difficulty of work

We can produce the desired item in a different colour of gold (red, white, yellow), provided that the necessary materials are available at the production site.

We can make a piece of gold jewellery in a different size, if the item’s technical characteristics allow.

We do not accept individual orders for silver pieces from our range.

Yes, we can make an ornament according to the customer's sketch (drawing, photograph) in gold or silver. To do this, you must send a photo and indicate the desired parameters (weight, width, colour, insert, etc.)

To order an item from a drawing, screenshot, photograph, the model of the product is recreated.

Our jeweller will calculate the production time and the approximate amount of the order, based on the following components:

These operations cost additional material investments. If you liked an item that costs, say, 500 UAH, taking an individual approach will increase its price.

Yes. When agreeing on an order, you should ask upfront not to replicate the model you have created.

You can measure your finger size at home, however, this does not guarantee accuracy. That's why we invite you to determine the correct size in one of our stores.
If a product made according to the ordered size does not fit upon receiving the ordered item, it can be difficult to change (it can be corrected by 0.5-1 size at best).
Moreover, not all jewellery models can be adjusted.

If the product does not fit, but the size adjustment is possible, then the changes are made at the expense of the client.
