The young fighter course (boot camp) lasts several weeks. In the training and combat unit, recruits gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in firearms shooting , tactical and medical training . From what age can you sign up for the 3rd SABr? You can serve in the 3rd SABr under the contract if you are between 18 and 4 5 years old , a nd in some cases by mobilization if you are between 45 and 58 years old. If you have officially confirmed combat experience after February 24, 2022 , you can enter the service without going through the training center of the AFU. What are the requirements for physical fitness? Basic physical fitness test: – 1.5 km run ; – 25 push-ups in 4 sets; – 4 min. plank divided into 2 sets ; – 50 abdominal crunches; – 50 squats; – 1 min. jumping jack. What documents are required? For the first interview, it is enough to fill out the application form and bring: – passport; – t axpayer identification number ; – military ID card or military registration certificate (if available); – educational documents (diploma/certificate).
