Thus, communities become more open and investor-friendly 1991 Open Data Incubator Non-commercial incubator that helps transform tons of open data into sustainable startups that serve Ukrainian citizens, businesses and state bodies. It already helped 150 startups grow in Ukraine and abroad and raise over $1,5+ mln investments and grants Hromadskyi Project IT platform helps cities and amalgamated communities automize participatory budgeting processes, making PB transparent and paperless. Works via SMS or web 1991 Civic Tech Center 1991 Civic Tech Center was located in the heart of Ukrainian capital to inspire civic tech startups and community with location, space, acceleration programs, events and each other. We developed the pilot version of the portal in 2013 and transferred it to the State Agency for e-Governance of Ukraine ReDonbass App for monitoring destructions in Eastern Ukraine. Supported by Renaissance Foundation, we created a national portal data.gov.ua, which subsequently transferred to the State Agency for e-Governance of Ukraine 2016 With the support of WNISEF, we founded 1991 Open Data Incubator, which helped 150 startups grow in Ukraine and abroad. Backed by USAID, we launched Hromadskyi Project platform for transparent participatory budgeting. It now works in 80+ cities and communities of Ukraine 2017-now In winter 2017, civic tech community settled in 1991 Civic Tech Center. Our team opened the space with a grant investment of $480,000 from the Luminate fund.
