Abstract

The nomenclature of names of geographical and astronomical objects is clearly defined at the international and state level. The titles take into account the historical aspect that has been discovered from the research of literature and archival documents and norms of law. Only the relevant Commission of the International Astronomical Union is authorized to approve the names of heavenly bodies.
