Below is a description of the main documents on the basis of which Service Online LLC provides domain name registration services.

• Public contract (offer) – a document equivalent to a verbal contract. Accepted by default with all new registrars meeting accreditation requirements.
• Domain rules – documents regulating the operation of certain domains. Registration of domains must not conflict with the rules, for which each DRS partner is responsible.
• Specifications – documents describing technical procedures for interaction with DRS.
