General information on the Bank

JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT BANK» has been created by reorganization of the Limited Liability Commercial Bank Coopinvestbank, which was registered on december 16, 1992.

The Bank operates under the Law of Ukraine «On Banks and Banking», Charter and banking license of the National Bank of Ukraine.

Currently the Bank remains the only bank with its headquarters in the Transcarpathian region.

As of the reporting date JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT BANK» has on its balance 40 (forty) branches located mainly within Transcarpathian region and in cities Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro.

JSC «COMINVESTBANK» isn't a member of the banking group (according to the decision of the Committee on Bank Actibities Supervision and Regulation, Supervision (Oversite) of payment systems of the National Bank of Ukraine dated November, 11, 2021 # 475).

  National payment system PROSTIR (formerly known as the National Mass Electronic Payment System (NMEPS)) is a national system of retail payments wherein payments for goods and services, cash withdrawals, and other transactions are conducted using an electronic means of payment, namely PROSTIR payment cards.

  NPS PROSTIR is developed by the National Bank of Ukraine.

• Payment system Ukrcard

  UKRCARD is Ukrainian national payment system. It has been registered by the National Bank of Ukraine in 2000.

  The payment system "UKRCARD" consists of: processing center "UKRCARD", payment organization "UKRCARD", settlement and clearing center, settlement bank, banks-participants of the payment system, as well as cards users, retailers and technological partners.

The annual financial report of the Bank was prepared in accordance with Instruction requirements «About a procedure of preparation and publication of financial statements of banks of Ukraine», approved by the decision of Board of National bank of Ukraine No373 from 10/24/2011.
