International cooperation projects in the aerospace industry are estimated at US $ 3 trillion. Ukraine belongs to the countries that generate technology transfer, exporting its technology to developing countries. The purpose of the paper is to determine the legal forms of international and domestic technology transfer networks in the aerospace industry, to clarify the principles of their construction and to establish the features of contractual forms of relations in such networks between their participants.
