Bucket elevator of step-by-step discharging (indoor installation) (NF-10/NF-30)

Bucket elevator of step-by-step discharging (indoor installation) (NF-10/NF-30)

Product discription

Bucket elevators produced by us are designed for transport connections between machines and are installed indoors. Intrashop bucket elevators are performed in vertical variants. Gentler interaction of bucket elevator and grain is achieved by low speed and step-by-step grain discharging from a bucket of a special form.

The shape of the bucket and its attachment to the belt permits to ensure charging without spillage and upload in the mode of pouring out without ejection. This is achieved by the fact that when turning the bucket in the head the grain is poured, it drops to the backrest below the moving bucket and without impact pours out of the bucket. Besides, the bucket holds on the belt with a gap of 20 mm, which is excluded jam of grain between the wall of the bucket and the belt. The belt speed can vary also with the limits of 0.1-0.7 m/sec.

People have to understand that care for grain cares for themselves, but it becomes understandable if you “rise over the problem”. Unfortunately, the business on grain production, its storage, and transportation is divided into separate businesses that are not motivated by general end purpose.  Therewith the captains of industry aiming for earnings for example in the production of work equipment on grain clearing or its transportation, do not care about grain damage as it is the problem of next business. That’s what accounts for the variety on the market of the different kinds of grain injure work equipment – grain thrower, pneumatic transport, screw, and scraper type collectors from crimp, indented drums, scoop, and throw-out bucket elevators, and other grain damaged equipment. Early or late this will change and will win who, which will understand before the others the economical value of sparing handling with the grain. According to the research (V.M. Dryncha, 2006), the increase in microdamage of grain (barley, oats) per pass through the bucket elevator NPZ-50 is 4%. M.M. Tuhvatylin shows the number from 2 to 5%. Even worse is the situation with crops prone to injury (corn, rice, peas, sunflower, and soybeans). According to I.G. Strona, the amount of external damage caused by the bucket elevator during the transportation of corn is about 10%.

Bucket elevators of traditional execution always traumatize the grain. High bucket speeds do not allow filling it in 1/15 of a second, and there is only one option to scoop the grain from the boot of the bucket elevator at a speed of 3 m/s, and even more. The solution is to reduce bucket movement up to 0.7 m/sec, but it is necessary to solve the problem with unloading, i.e. prevent the grain spillage.

We have developed and produced the bucket elevators which do not damage the grain, do not crash the sunflower, do not form cracks on the grains of corn, rice, pea, and other agricultural crops which prone to injury and thus do not reduce the potential of the seeds on productivity and improve the grain safety during the storage. In one word, all scoop and throwing bucket elevators we propose to replace on the pour-out bucket elevators. Authorship of solution protected by patents in Ukraine (No. 36534 Fadeev bucket elevator) and in Russia (No. 79281 Fadeev bucket elevator).
