In the new reality, children from childhood are surrounded by a variety of gadgets. It is important that they understand the basic principles of device operation and perceive the computer not as a toy, but as a tool for realizing their own ideas. Code Club Ukraine is an all-Ukrainian network of free coding clubs for children and adolescents aged 8-17. The project received official support from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, domestic IT companies. Code Club Ukraine is part of the Code Club World International Volunteer Initiative, a native of the United Kingdom. It was founded in 2010 by British volunteers - web designer Claire Sutcliffe and programmer Linda Sandwick. The children liked the curriculum so much that it was already translated into eight languages, and Code Club communities appeared in more than 20 countries around the world. Ukraine was the first to translate the program into the national language. Code Club Ukraine initiated by TA Ventures and Victoria Tigipko. Code Club is fun and creative activity. It is very important for us that children enjoy their classes, do not perceive them as another school lesson. According to students, our programs are 92% entertainment. And that means they like them! Thus, Code Club students in a game form receive basic knowledge about programming, independently create their own projects and can try on a future profession. In any case, computer literacy and programming skills are now required skills in most industries. Our mission and goals Create your future!
