Nadia Vorobyova
CEO
Nadia Vorobyova has nearly 20 years of experience in banking sector. She worked at "ING Bank Ukraine", "Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine", "First Ukrainian International Bank". From 2007 till 2016 Nadia worked at "Universal Bank" (member of Eurobank group), where since 2014 she served as COO.
Alexander Boyko
Deputy CEO
Alexander has more than 20 years of experience in banking and IT sectors, that was gained in international companies like PwC, Syngenta and Universal Bank (member of Eurobank group). Also Alexander is an active member of UkrSwift Assosiation.
Iryna Izmailova
Chief accountant CFO
Iryna has more than 20 years of working experience in financial area, which was gained by working at management positions in JSC “OTP Bank” and PJSC “National Depositary of Ukraine”. Ms. Iryna works in JSC “ALTBANK” since 2017. In February 2021 she was assigned to the Board of the bank. She is responsible for financial block.
Dmytro Symonenkov

Business Director
Dmytro has more than 17 years of experience in the financials, which he received working at management positions at OJSC Finexbank, PJSC AgroComBank, OJSC Perehidnyi Bank RVS Bank, PJSC DiVi Bank. He has work experience with the National Bank of Ukraine. Dmytro has been working at JSC Altbank since 2019. In February 2022 he was appointed to the Management Board.
Olena Pidhaietska
Board Member Director of Sales Support
Olena has more than 26 years of experience in the banking sector. She was a member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC "DIVI BANK". Also, Olena has worked at PJSC "Investment Trust Bank", PJSC "Transitional Bank "RVS BANK" and PJSC "Integral Bank". Olena has been working at JSC "Altbank" since 2018. In October 2022, she was appointed to the Bank's Management Board
