DEC promotional activities 2022-2023

According to UN data as of July 2022:

• the number of Ukrainians who left Ukraine is 8.8 million people;
• the number of Ukrainians who still remain abroad is about 5.7 million people.

The average occupancy of public schools is about 65-70% (UNICEF research), and private schools - 20-25% (data from our private partner schools). These data indicate that the majority of families who are able to pay still remain abroad and look for educational solutions there. In addition, even those families who still remain in Ukraine mostly want their children to be safe and are looking for an opportunity to send their children to study abroad.

We can already see that the spring and summer of 2022 were a record for Ukraine regarding the number of applications to study abroad. Moreover, there are a large number of families who assumed that they would be able to return to Ukraine in September and postponed decisions about their children's education, so they are only now starting to look for solutions in the west.

During the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, we expect high demand for studying abroad.
