Mission Мanagement Board Our Team Contacts Allseeds Group is a unique combination of experience and potential, namely, a team with a long-term presence in the market and at the same time a newly established legal & organizational structure (with its mother/holding company Allseeds S.A., a public limited liability company (société anonyme) established under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) operating newly built modern industrial assets. Even though the company’s brand and management have been known in the market for over 15 years (earlier as Grain Trading Company), in its current form Allseeds was presented in 2010. Since its creation in 2010, the development strategy of Allseeds was realized in several stages: 2010-2011 - development of trading activity Entrance to the market and establishment of Allseeds as one of the largest independent traders in crude sunflower oil, with trading volumes of 250,000MT in the first year of operations. 2011-2012 - processing under tolling agreements Start of crushing operations under a tolling agreement. Expanding the trading volumes and becoming the third largest independent shipper of crude sunflower oil in Ukraine. 2012-2013 - launch of vegetable oils transshipment terminal Construction and start of operations of the Allseeds’ vegetable oil transshipment terminal with storage capacity of 42,000mt in Yuzhny port, the port with the deepest draft in Ukraine. 2013-2015 - construction and launch of multiseeds crushing plant in Pivdennyi port. In projecting and construction of the plant the company used cutting-edge technologies, optimal in terms of end product volumes, energy efficiency, level of automatization and saving the environment. Processing capacity of the plant is 2200 MT/day of sunflower seeds or 1500 MT/day of rapeseeds or 1200 MT/day of soybeans. 2017-2019 - expansion of logistics capabilities of oils and meals terminals. The company has expanded the logistics capabilities of oil terminals from 42,000 tons to 100,000 tons, meal terminal – up to 30,000 tons.
