International cooperation

CGPA cooperates with several governmental, non-governmental and international organizations, specifically, Ministry of Economy and Development of Ukraine, Securities and Stock Market State Commission of Ukraine, State Property Fund of Ukraine, Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine, Commercial Law Center, International Institute of Business, International Finance Corporation (IFC), Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), British Embassy. CGPA has individual partners in many foreign countries, such as Kazakhstan, Moldova, Belarus, USA.

CGPA Partnership with IFC

Since 2013 CGPA was the only partner of the IFC in the process of promoting and establishing good corporate governance in Ukraine. In 2020 CGPA became the IFC’s local partner in implementing the Integrated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Standards Program in Europe and Central Asia.

Since September 2020 CGPA is a local Partner of IFC in realization IFC ECA ESG Program – ESG related activities in Ukraine.

CGPA Partnership with CIPE

1. CGPA was the implementer of a CIPE-funded pilot project training of officials from 40 mid-sized Ukrainian firms in anti-corruption compliance within the project “Supporting Urgent Reforms to Better Ukraine’s Business Environment (SURE),” funded by USAID (2015)
2. CGPA was the implementer of a CIPE project “Boosting Investment Through Improved Anti-Corruption Compliance,” (2014-2015)
3. Project “Strengthening Anti-Corruption Compliance in Ukraine” (2015-2016)
4. Project “Strengthening Anti-Corruption Compliance in Ukraine: Phase II” (2017-2018)
5. Project on the professional development of corporate directors and compliance officers in Ukraine (2019-2020)

CGPA Partnership with the British Embassy in Ukraine. CGPA implemented the Project “Increasing Professional Level of Corporate Directors in Ukraine” financed by the British Embassy (2017-2018)

Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP)  was a partner in conducting the Conference on Anti-corruption compliance in the field of business, which was held in Kyiv on 11 November 2016.
