If registration was cancelled after 18th of March, your payment is not refundable. Tickets are not refundable in case of force major situation: war, epidemic, earthquake, flood and other circumstances are not under human and government control. Change of the participant is possible. COVID-19 EXEPTION We guarantee a 100% refund in case the conference will be canceled, postponed or moved online because of any covid-related government restrictions.
