Обьява про проведення річних загальних зборів акціонерів ПрАТ “БРОВАРСЬКИЙ ЗАВОД ПЛАСТМАС” Реєстрація учасників буде проводитись у день та за місцем проведення зборів з 14.00 до 14.45 год. Дата складання переліку акціонерів, які мають право на участь у загальних зборах, 21.05.2018 року на 24 годину. Для участі у Зборах акціонерам необхідно мати при собі паспорт, а представникам акціонерів паспорт та доручення на право представляти інтереси акціонерів на загальних зборах, оформлене згідно з вимогами чинного законодавства. Акціонер має право призначити свого представника постійно або на певний строк. Акціонер має право у будь-який момент замінити свого представника, повідомивши про це виконавчий орган Товариства (в т.ч. може бути здійснено за допомогою засобів електронного зв’язку відповідно до законодавства про електронний документообіг). Довіреність на право участі та голосування на загальних зборах акціонерного товариства може містити завдання щодо голосування, тобто перелік питань порядку денного загальних зборів із зазначенням того, як і за яке (проти якого) рішення потрібно проголосувати.
