Check-in of foreign citizens (hereinafter – foreigners) in Ukrainian hotels conducts on general basis upon presentation of national passports of foreigners or documents that confirm their identity. Check-in time – from 14:00 p.m. Check-out time – till 12:00 a.m. Early check-in (from 6:00 a.m. till 14:00 p.m.) and late check-out (from 12:00 a.m. till 23:00 p.m.) – paid additional 50% from the cost of the room, and requires prior confirmation of the reservation department. Check-in till 6:00 a.m. and check-out after 23:00 p.m. – is paid 100% from the cost of the room and requires prior confirmation of the reservation department. In all rooms and premises of EMIGRAND art hotel smoking is prohibited. Accommodation of children up to 6 years (without extra bed) at no additional charge. Pets are allowed upon request and must be confirmed by the reservation department. On the arrival it is necessary to review the rules of accommodation with pets and to have pet passport and certificate from the veterinary with a vaccination note. The service is paid with 50% from the cost of the room for dogs and cats, and 150 UAH for rodents and birds. Payment is made once per stay. Payment To confirm the booking, must make a prepayment for the first night over the period of three days. If guest reserves more than one room or rooms with relocation, the prepayment is made for each room. The final payment for accommodation can be made in any appropriate way (bank transfer or cash payment at check-in). If prepayment for accommodation is not received in three working days after the booking/ issue of an invoice, booking is automatically canceled. Payment for accommodation during the Christmas, New Year and May holidays performed for all nights of accommodation according to fixed dates/period/minimum number of nights, at the moment of booking. Cancellation In case of cancellation of booking up to 3 days before arrival date, cancellation will be made without penalties. Reservation can be moved to another date after agreement. Otherwise prepayment will be returned to the guest (guest must provide refund claim and bank details). In case of cancellation of booking less than 3 days before arrival date, cancellation will be made with penalties for the first night of accommodation for each room. In case of reduce of dates of accommodation (earlier check-out) and inform about it less than 1 day before check-out, the penalty will be for one night of stay for every room. In case of booking accommodation for New Year period penalties become valid before 21 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation of accommodation in the New Year period, prepayment is not refundable. With cancellation more than 21 days – prepayment is refundable. In case of booking accommodation during May holidays penalties become valid before 14 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation of accommodation prepayment is not refundable. With cancellation more than 14 days – prepayment is refundable. Payment indicates payer acceptance of the above mentioned information.
