CIVIL AND POLITICAL SCHOOL WE EDUCATE LEADERS TO CREATE A NEW STATE Civil and Political School (CAPS) was established in 2014 to respond to the big talent gap in the government sector after the Revolution of Dignity. As the First School of Public Administration in Ukraine, we are dedicated to arming students with the knowledge and skills they need to make sound decisions in state governance. At CAPS, we help business professionals who enter into state governance prepare for this role by bringing top-class international experts in the fields of politics, economics, and reforms.
