I spent two weeks in December doing an intensive course to prepare for The Test of Russian as Foreign Language at level B2/C1. Alena was my teacher and we had five hours of lessons a day. I cannot praise Alena highly enough. She is a gifted a teacher and can communicate her knowledge in a relaxed and very pleasant manner. The improvement in my Russian after two weeks was startling. Hi. I've been working with Masha for about 7 months now. I was a complete rookie when we began lessons. I work with her using Skype three mornings a week and we are now about half way through the lesson manual. Maria has been extremely patient and insightful in her lesson planning and dragging the Russian out of me. I'm learning Russian for purely recreational purposes, so I'm sure that my learning speed is frustrating for her at times, but she's always patient and ALWAYS knows the answer when I ask что значит по-Англией или по-русский ))). We have fun with our lessons and I consider her a very good teacher and a good friend. Don't hesitate to use her or the other teachers at the Alma School. I'm a surgeon in the USA and very type A with regard to quality. You won't go wrong with these ladies. Спасибо за урок!!!
