O ur company is the largest and the only manufacturer of sodium silicate (lumps) in Ukraine, one of the world's largest producers of welding compounds, as well as a manufacturer of glassware made of pressed glass. From sodium silicate own production we make and sell water glass as bulk and bottled. The company begins its history frim 1947. The plant is located on the left bank of the Dnieper River close to the river port, cargo railway station and highway. WELDING FLUXES T oday, there are more than 12 types of welding fluxes for automatic and semi-automatic welding and surfacing of carbon and low-alloy steels in the nomenclature. Production started in 1951 year. Due to close cooperation with the Institute of Electric Welding E.O. Paton, the plant has mastered the production of welding fluxes by the method of double refining of the melt and using mineral waste welding production. A new method of melting fluxes allowed to improve the welding and technological properties of fluxes, reduce the need for natural raw materials, and also to solve the problem of environmental protection. READ MORE ORDER SODIUM SILICATE S odium silicate soluble has been produced since 1949. For the convenience of our consumers, sodium silicate is produced in an assortment of silicate modulus from 1.8 to 3.7 with a limit of ±0.1. At the request of the customer, we can produce sodium silicate within ±0.05 of the specified module. The total production capacity for the production of sodium silicate is more than 60 thousand tons per year. In 2018, sodium silicate was REACH registered in accordance with the regulations of the European Chemicals Agency, which allows to ship products to European partners in quantities over 1000 tons per year. Currently, the plant has a wide geography of sodium silicate supplies - Italy, Spain, Turkey, Bulgaria, Russia, Moldova. READ MORE ORDER LIQUID GLASS S odium liquid glass has been produced since 2014. Modular range from 1.6 to 3.6 with a solution density of 1.3 to 1.5 kg/dm 3 . The company has in its assortment more than 70 items of glassware - glasses of various capacities, salad bowls, sockets, laboratory Petri dishes, headlight diffusers. To ensure the quality of products in the manufacturing process, a quality management system for the production of welding fluxes and sodium silicate has been introduced and constantly improved at the plant. The quality management system for the production of welding fluxes, sodium silicate, glass products is certified by the international body TUV NORD CERT (Germany) for compliance with EN ISO 9001:2015. The main areas of enterprise work are the continuous improvement of the technological and technical level of production, the development of new products, the increasing of their quality, the reduction of emissions into the atmosphere, the creation of a favorable environment in the enterprise and the sanitary protection zone.
