The Program's activities are governed by the Program Terms and Conditions. 1. Membership in UIA AGENT PROGRAM is open to individual agents of IATA accredited agencies, as well as non-IATA agents working both through IATA agencies and under direct contracts with UIA . 2. Points are credited only for tickets sold on UIA operated flights (PS 0001-0999) on the UIA (PS 566) stock via BSP or under the terms of direct contracts. 3. Each Agent has its own account for the earning points. Points from different accounts can be not summarized and can be not transferred from one account to another; 4. The terms and conditions for earning and redeeming of the points can be found in the "Information" section of the agency program; 5. UIA reserves the right to terminate the program at any time, as well as refuse the agent to provide gifts / tickets in case of abuse or violation of the rules of participation in the program. 6.
