The event was attended by the representatives of Government Office for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Agency on E-Governance, the Ukrainian Consumers’ Union, biggest mobile carriers and internet providers, as well as experts and civic activists.
