Check your operational version of a smartphone:

go to the phone settings;

choose «about phone»;

loot at the line «version».
Check if your phone has NFC-chip

got to the phone settings ;

choose the line «wireless networks» and press more;

If the phone has NFC-chip, then you will see the function «NFC»
How to set Google Pay:

Go to Google Play and search for «Google Pay»

Download the app to your phone

How to add a payment card to Google Pay:

Choose «add payment card»;

Add card details;
-
Put in CVV2/CVC2 code from a backside of the card;
