Alternative dispute resolution

Our experience has shown that court proceedings are not always the only possible and efficient option for resolving a conflict situation.  Therefore, besides legal representation in the courts, we provide alternative methods of dispute resolution, including:

• International arbitration – international arbitration courts and International Commercial Arbitration Court in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine;
