CLASSIС is used inside and outside buildings for plastering (thickness - 20 mm); for screeds (M100) on strong bases that are not deformed (thickness of 5 to 50 mm); and masonry operations (thickness of 3 to 10 mm). SURFACE PREPARATION Surface preparation must be done in accordance with the State Building Standard of Ukraine DBN V.2.6-22-2001. The base must be: - clean (remove dirt, flows, dust, fungal lesions with a power tool or manually, also clean from residual oils and paints); - strong (not lower than the coating strength); - dry (moisture content less than 4%); - glassy surfaces must be made roughness; - to enhance contact with the mix, treat the surface with high absorptive capacity with the primer ТМ MASTER or ТМ іMASTER (4 hours before the start of work). - bases with fungal lesions must be treated with the antifungal primer ТМ MASTER or ТМ іMASTER. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Perform the work at an air temperature of +5 0 С to +35 0 С. The temperature of the base must be in the same range. Two days before the start of work, in the process of its performance, and for three days after the end maintain the temperature indoors not below +5 0 Сand not above +30 0 С. Add pure water to the dry mixture in an amount indicated in specifications, then mix it (use electric drills with screw socket). Leave closed mix for 5 minutes, and then stir again. The closed mix is suitable for use within 60 minutes (at recommended atmospheric conditions). Apply the prepared mix TM MASTER. CLASSIС depending on the type of work: Plastering. Apply the prepared mix ТМ MASTER. CLASSIС by roughly casting it on the surface and leveling by a screed or a metal float. Movements are made from the bottom up, following the wet-on-wet method. When arranging multilayer plaster coating, each subsequent layer must be applied after previous solidification. The applied layer must be evened before the beginning of the closed mix solidification. Screeding. Work should begin from the area most distant from the doorway. Pour the prepared mix onto the prepared base and spread over the surface with a spattle or other tools. In places of mix collision with walls, pillars, columns and other elements, it is recommended to arrange layers of elastic materials (such as polystyrene tape). If the area to be covered is more than 20 m2, do make expansion joints directly in the finished layer by cutting through 2/3 of the layer thickness. Then fill the joints with a flexible material (it is recommended to use silicone sealant ТМ MASTER). When installing water heating systems, all heating elements must be filled with water at room temperature; do not drain it the mix complete curing. Masonry Use the mix ТМ «MASTER» CLASSIС as a classic mix for masonry. Moisten the bricks only in the case of low water absorption. SAFETY RULES Dry building mixture contains cement, which causes alkaline reaction in hydration. When using the mix, use the personal protective equipment (respirator and rubber gloves). When working, protect the skin and eyes. In case of a mixture contact with eyes, rinse them immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Storage conditions: Store in the original intact packaging, on pallets, in dry premises at temperatures below +40 0 С and humidity of 75%.
