PLITOPOL designed for installing large ceramic and stone floor tiles on mineral bases outside or inside buildings. Can be used on balconies, terraces, and in old ceramic surfaces. The plasticity of TM MASTER. PLITOPOL enables the maximum filling of voids under the tiles for facing the floor. High adhesion to tiles with water absorption of 0% and above Recommended use for facing floors with underfloor heating. SURFACE PREPARATION Surface preparation must be done in accordance with the State Building Standard of Ukraine DBN V.2.6-22-2001. The base must be: - clean (remove dirt, flows and remains from previous operations that reduce adhesion); - strong (remove loose areas and treat with the primer TM MASTER); - align uneven surfaces of the base of more than 20 mm with a mix for repairing floors ТМ MASTER (24 hours before the start of work); - previously treat surfaces with high absorptive capacity with the primer TM MASTER. When applying tiles to unstable bases, bases with load bearing property, or indefinite bases (e.g., loose, or difficult to clean) check the adhesion, namely: apply tile and check adhesion with the base after 48 hours. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Operations using mix TM MASTER. PLITOPOL should be carried out at an air temperature of +5 0 С to +30 0 С; at the same time, protect the facing made from direct sunlight, wind and rain. Add water to the dry mix ТМ MASTER. PLITOPOL as per the technical data, then mix it (for efficient mixing, use drill with screw socket). Leave closed mix for 5 minutes, then stir again. Use the mix ТМ MASTER. PLITOPOL for 120 minutes (in case of mobility reduction, periodically stir the mix at high temperature in summer). The adhesive mix TM MASTER. PLITOPOL is applied to the prepared base using a smooth metal float, and then evenly distributed and profiled by a notched float. Do not apply tiles with closed joints. If the floor faced is outside the building, additionally put the mix on the back surface of tiles. Apply on the base the amount of mix so that to after pressing the tile to the surface the entire space under it was filled, keeping the intended thickness. The time for applying tiles on the mix applied (open time) varies depending on the base and the environment. Expiration date: 12 months from date of manufacturing in original packaging in a dry place. The date of manufacture is indicated on the bag. Storage conditions: Store in the original intact packaging, on pallets, in dry premises at temperatures below 40 0 С and humidity of 75%.
