DSTU B V.2.7-126:2011 Bar-code: 4820086 381178 25 kg +/- 1% Scope of application Insruction for use Specifications Dry modified building mix MASTER-BETON-X designed for heavy-duty screeds and concrete floors, including for water and electrical under floor heating; installation of monolithic concrete structures and components; making foundations; making wall blocks and monolithic slabs; repair of potholes and cracks in concrete; arrangement of seams and joints in concrete structures. SURFACE PREPARATION Surface preparation must be done in accordance with the State Building Standard of UkraineDBN V.2.6-22-2001. The base must be: - clean (remove dirt, flows, dust, fungal lesions with a power tool or manually, also clean from oils); - strong (not lower than the coating strength); - glassy surfaces must be made roughness; - in presence of cracks, drops or irregularities treat the base with the prime ТМ MASTER or ТМ іMASTER, and the align with the mix MASTER-BETON-X; INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Perform the work at an air temperature of 5 o С to +30 o С. The temperature of the base must be in the same range. In the process of work performance, and for three days after the completion maintain the temperature indoors not below +5 o С and not above +30 o С. Add pure water to the dry mix MASTER-BETON-X in an amount indicated in specifications, then mix it (use electric drills with sscrew socket). Leave prepared mix for 5 minutes, and then stir again. The closed mix is suitable for use within 120 minutes (at recommended atmospheric conditions). At high temperatures, periodically stir the closed mix to avoid reducing its mobility. When stirring the mixture in a concrete mixer, to avoid the formation of lumps, it is recommended to make 2/3 of the required amount of dry mix initially. Add the remaining 1/3 of the dry mix in resulting mix in 3-4 hours. Apply the prepared mis MASTER-BETON-X on the surface with a spattle or other tools. The concrete mix should be uniformly condensed by vibrations or rodding. Making of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures must be in accordance with the State Standard SNiP.03.01-87. SAFETY RULES Dry building mixture contains cement, which causes alkaline reaction in hydration. When using the mix, use the personal protective equipment (respirator and rubber gloves). When working, protect the skin and eyes. In case of a mixture contact with eyes, rinse them immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Expiration date: 6 months from the date of manufacture mentioned on the package. Must be disposed of in accordance the State Standard of Ukraine DSanPiN 2.2.7.029 Storage conditions: Store in the original intact packaging, on pallets, in dry premises at temperatures below +40С and humidity of 75%.
