This time we intend to honor people and discuss a huge amount of topics within “PEOPLE” conception. From hospitality as a phenomenon to neurophysiology and body perception of a cocktail. From personality role in bar industry history to bar business influence on society. From bar as a manifestation of creativity to bar as a part of the city community. After all, the bar industry is made of people which are pieces of a puzzle who create it when united. From a bartender to a producer, global and local; designer, architect, bar guest, and “simple whiskey” lover, whose choice also affects market trends and supply.
