The journal was established by International Society of Philosophy and Cosmology (ISPC) and Research Institute of Public Law (Kyiv, Ukraine). The key mission of the Advanced Space Law journal is to promote exchange and collaboration among international space law scientists (public and private international law), lawyers of national law branches in the field of space research and exploration. The journal is focusing on innovative studies in air and space law while nurturing the rule of law as a benefit for nation-states and their commercial actors operating in air and space domains.
