URE Club offers unparalleled conferences, events, as well as local and international activities for its members and real estate players. 

In 2018 we are going to host about 30 professional B2B events of different formats, scales, locations and purposes inviting best experts, coaches and professionals of the industry face-to-face and online.

Since 2014 URE Club has been holding an unprecedented formats of events among which are transparent round-table dicussions with local and city authorities from areas related to real estate, construction and development, finance, taxes and investments. This format provides businesses with an opportunity to bring up the most burning issues of the industry and influence the policy makers and public officials follow the right values and make business friendly decisions. 

URE Club Legal Committee, which brings together top lawyers and legal advisers to examine and make adjustments to laws on real estate and property rights regulations, is another first in its kind initiative in Ukraine aimed to make the industry more transparent.

Annually, URE Club hosts 2 large-scale Forums on Retail Real Estate and Investment in Commercial Real Estate, as well as Prestigious Property Awards bringing together best projects from EEA region.

Rather than that, we organize business tours to explore international real estate markets (Singapore, USA, China, Nordics etc.) and hold thematic events on a regular basis ( 3 events every month) locally in Kyiv and regionally in Odessa, Lviv and Kharkiv.
