The attention is drawn to the practices of personality’s post-traumatic life-designing, and to the socio-psychological support for victims of the war conflict. There are offered strategies for working with internally displaced persons, veterans, and their families. The issues of communicative risks and re-adaptation are highlighted. The problems of stigmatized minorities and disability are outlined. There are also analyzed the phenomena of civic competence, nihilism, and narcissism. It is discussed a wide range of issues regarding the personal development of youth, regarding the education and upbringing in social and political dimensions. Addressed to social and political psychologists, specialists of related sciences, teachers, Ph.D. students, and university students.
