Who are we?

Atlantic Group is a holding company comprised of two units: AGAMA Communications group (Media, Marketing, Creative Services, PR & Public Affairs) and Perekhid Outdoor (OOH and Radio).

We are Ukraine’s first and oldest communications network founded on national independence in 1992. We offer advertisers a single point of contact to cover the entire communications ecosystem. Our integrated group structure allows us first and foremost to ensure all communication with clients is aligned, leading to better decisions, faster. We continually strive to implement new technologies, which improve efficiency and effectiveness of our advertising activity. We lead the market in adherence to European standards of transparency and efficiency.

Founding of Perekhid Media as the first company which stimulated the development of commercial television in Ukraine

1994

Founding of the country's first advertising agency,
Provid Advertising Agency

1995

Founding of Peredhid Outdoor advertising operator and Visage creative agency

1996

Division of media services into agency Media Direction Ukraine, which later becomes part of the OMD network

Founding of marketing services agency Talan Communications

Founding of digital media agency Mediacom and creative agency Scholz
Opening of DDM Advertising in cooperation with Animax Interactive (USA)
