NIKO Group of Companies (NIKO Holding) is an international organisation operating in a number of European countries, including Ukraine, Hungary, the Republic of Cyprus and the Slovak Republic.
NIKO Group was founded in 1991 as the official representative of the Mitsubishi Motors Corporation in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The Company has since grown into a vertically integrated automotive organisation and become a dominant player on the Ukrainian market.
Today NIKO Group is a leading operator in Ukraine’s automotive distribution and retail sectors and operates via its subsidiaries in the areas of logistics, financial and IT services.
In 2005 the Company began issuing audited financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), which has enabled it to achieve an international level of corporate transparency and governance standards.
