The Bank was established in 1992, and since 2006 it is part of the private investment holding company ABH Holdings S.A. (ABHH) with headquarters in Luxembourg. ABHH Group is currently consolidating assets in Ukraine, which will lead to the creation of Alfa-Bank - the largest private bank in our country. Already, the single bank team has more than 10 thousand employees, serving 1.8 million individuals and 160 thousand enterprises. Throughout Ukraine there are more than 400 branches of the banks of the group. The structure of the company also has the largest network of food establishments on the road in Ukraine, including 38 restaurants operating under the brands A la Minute, Pasta Mia and Meiwei. The subdivisions also deal with the sale of goods through stores at gas stations, the sale of petroleum products to large and small groups, provide services for the examination of fuel quality, storage and transportation of petroleum products. DTEK companies produce coal and natural gas, generate electric power at the fossil-fuel fired power plants and renewable energy power plants, supply thermal and electric power to end consumers, and provide energy services. Challenges 18 Teams 23 On the platform from January 2019 TASCOMBANK TASKOMBANK JSC was founded in 1989 and is one of the first commercial banks in Ukraine. It is one of the twenty largest banks in the country and successfully works with all segments of clients. In 2004, the Bank joined the TAS Group, one of the largest investment and financial groups in the country. The credit rating established by the national rating agency has been confirmed at uaAAA level (guidance stable). TASKOMBANK is firmly entrenched among market leaders and steadily ranked in the TOP rating of reliability of banking products. The Bank constantly invests in updating and upgrading products, processes, procedures, and quality of service. TASKOMBANK is a national bank, it is represented on the whole territory of Ukraine, and the network has more than 120 branches. Challenges 3 Teams 31 On the platform from March 2019 Lviv Open Challenge The Lviv Open Challenge project aims at finding, engaging and selecting the best innovative and technological solutions and ideas that can bring the city to the best and bring it to the standards and challenges of today. Directions for finding such solutions are suggested by the city and they concern intelligent transport systems, urban architecture, urbanism and smart building, e-democracy, creative industry and education, energy and other areas that are designed to improve the comfort level and improve the lives of residents and visitors. Challenges 6 Teams 46 On the platform from July 2019 Kyiv Tech Hub 2019 Kyiv Tech Hub is a large-scale international conference, where Ukrainian teams will be able to present their projects to the world accelerators and venture funds. It is expected that the event will be attended by representatives of more than 30 investors from all over the region of Central and Eastern Europe. Challenges 1 Teams 29 Design We have developed a model of interviews with company managers with design thinking elements. Discussing global cases, we find ideas that can improve the customer experience or become a new product for the corporation. There should be many innovational touchpoints in corporation at every level and in all key departments. Meanwhile, the search of solutions should be done outside corporate structure by using open innovations model.
