President Volodymyr Zelenskyi Made Decision to Send His Bill on Decentralization of Power for Further Elaboration Thu, 16/01/2020 - 15:45 According to the official web-site of the President of Ukraine , President Volodymyr Zelenskyi has made a decision to withdraw his bill on decentralization of power and to send it for further elaboration. The decision was taken after his meeting with leadership of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction. The meeting has taken place on January 16. The Law envisages introduction of criminal liablility for impersonal voting – fone on the amount of 3 – 5 thousand tax-free minimum wages (currently, 51-85 thousand UAH).
