During his time as Chairman of the Inter TV Channel from 2005-2007 he stepped back from AGL, but later returned to dynamic participation in management of the company. Before joining the Atlantic Group, Mr. Staritsky worked in the media sphere as Head of International and Commercial Relations Division of the Ukrainian State Television and Radio Company. He is a graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Philology (foreign languages and literature). f in Email: abain@agl-media.com Andrew Bain President Andrew Bain is the founder and President of the Atlantic Group. In this capacity, he has worked at one time or another with most international advertisers and communications firms active in Ukraine and Central Asia. Additionally, Mr. Bain is the co-founder of the Ukrainian Freedom Fund which supports army and volunteer units serving in Donbas, and is a retired US Marine Reserve Colonel. His service includes duty at the US Embassy in Kyiv and with the Ukrainian Battalion during the Iraq War. He is a graduate of Yale University (BA) and the University of Michigan (MBA). in Tom Goddard Chairman Tom joined Atlantic Group in 2015 as a member of the board of directors and chairman of Perekhid Outdoor. Tom is a shareholder and director in a number of other private media companies: Non-Executive Chairman, Marketing Force, UK; Executive Chairman, Ocean Outdoor, UK; Executive Chairman, Digicom, UK; Vice President (International) FEPE; Executive Deputy Chairman, Amscreen plc, UK, and Non-Executive Chairman, Bravo, Ireland. He also acts in an advisory role for UK and US based Private Equity. Tom Goddard is also a member of the London and Euro Chapters of the World Presidents Organization. in Iryna Rosol Chief Financial Officer Irina Rosol – Chief Financial Officer of the holding company Atlantic Group. Before joining the company, she managed the financial and economic activities of a number of enterprises: 2009–2016 - Financial Director of the Ukrainian Bank JSC “TASKOMBANK”. 2009–2016 - Deputy Chairman of the Board and Financial Director of TAS Insurance Company. 2009-2012 - Director of the Department of Financial Reporting and Audit, LLC “TAS-GROUP”. From 2007 to 2009, she was a leading specialist in the methodological support department of LLC “INTERPIPE – MANAGEMENT”. From 2004 to 2007 - Senior Auditor at “DELOITTE & TOUCHE” Irina graduated from the Economics Faculty of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, ACCA, as well as the IEDC MBA Bled School of Management, in Slovenia.
