About us Beginning Established in 2016, with origins dated back to 2012, we have been working tightly with individual entrepreneurs, start-ups and established businesses, state institutions and non-governmental organizations from Germany, UK, Israel, Ukraine and other countries. 2012 In 2012-2014 as individual freelancers we delivered many projects mostly for Ukrainian market: dozens of landing pages and corporate websites built with CMS Joomla and Wordpress, many projects on UI/UX design and corporate brandbooks. We also gained an opportunity for conducting several courses on Web development for students from both public universities and corporate sector. 2014 In 2014-2015 as a university spin-off we developed and went live with our first big custom web application for public service management. Also, we started providing services of web data mining and analysis, benchmarking, market research and consultancy. 2016 In 2016 we established a long-term partnership with our first big international clients: Spiralsoft – an Israeli technological company, and DVV International – a sub-division of a large association for adult education based in Germany. The stack of technologies we started using since that time has expanded significantly. 2016 Also, Spiralsoft brings us the access to a very demanding Israeli market of both fast-growing start-ups and mature businesses. Started as a programming service provider only, now we are committed to be a technological partner of ‘Spiralsoft’ with the full engagement in all project cycles: from requirements identification and prototyping to QA and customer support. Totally, we are doing around 10 Israeli projects a year with the average time of 3-4 months needed to launch an MVP version for each one. Beyond 2018 Continuing the accumulation of expertise from a diversity of projects all over the world, we are going to start delivering our first own products to both local and global markets on a regular basis. What we do Business Analysis & Project Management The only thing we need to start with is your general idea of what and when you would like to achieve. Our projects managers and business analysts will help you to transform your idea into an action items list with intermediate milestones and due dates, prototypes and detailed requirements breakdown to let you track how your idea comes into reality in the most transparent and easy way for you. Software Development (Programming) When our developers have all needed technical specification to start, implementation process is launched. A team of mark-up engineers, back-end and front-end developers, CMS engineers with a dedicated team leader will be assigned to the project. Our project manager will inform you on the progress and provide you with all needed deliverables in time. Requirements Change Management As mentioned, change in your original request is a common practice in real-life projects, and we are ready for this. UI/UX Design and Solution Architecture Once all business requirements are clear, it always helps to proceed with screen-by-screen prototypes and then to follow up with database design, components and units breakdown, back-end API specification. Here our UI/UX designers and solution architects are the main players, although you can communicate only with our project manager as the main contact person on the project. Software Quality Assurance (testing, code review, etc.) Once the implementation process is launched, our QA team starts with checking how well the solution meets your primary needs and expectations, industry standards and user behavior. This includes, but is not limited to code inspection, database testing, UI/UX testing, security/penetration testing and much more. Every time developers add any change to the code, QA team is responsible for re-checking the integrity of the solution.
