It is possible to buy an apartment in the residential complex Akadem Park by choosing the most advantageous option.

Option 1 – 100% payment of apartment cost

We made a process of purchasing an apartment in “Ukrbud” corporation as simple and clear as possible:

1. To reserve a chosen apartment for you, You conclude an agreement on Participation in the Construction financing fund (CFF) with the Fund manager:
   • pay full apartment value within 3 days of signing of the Agreement;
   • receive a Certificate of participation in CFF.
2. Conclude an Agreement of assignment of property rights in your favor.
3. After commissioning of the building and making final calculations according to BTI data, the Certificate will be replaced with a document proving your right to get the ownership of reserved apartment.
4. Sign an Apartment Delivery-Acceptance Act for further processing of title establishing documents.
5. After receiving an Ownership certificate on apartment from respective city’s services we (the Developer) pass You all title establishing documents on apartment.

Option 2 - Instalment

To make housing more affordable “Ukrbud” corporation provides an option of interest-free instalment until the end of construction.

• It is provided until the end of construction;
• A minimum initial contribution is 25%;
• Payments, which are left, are divided into equal parts and are settled on a monthly basis;
• Instalment is provided in national currency.

Option 3 - Mortgage credit

In the framework of cooperation with financial institutions there is a program of target retail lending “Housing on credit” for purchasing real estate on primary market. All interested can chose a financial institution and own option of crediting.
