Founded in 1995, Ukravtozapchastina Company Limited today stands a leader position in the market of tractors, agricultural and special machinery, automobiles and motorcycles, spare parts, batteries, tires, discs, lube, maintenance and repair materials.

Product catalogue of the company includes more than 42 000 names. There are about 30 dealer agreements with the leading manufacturers of Russia, Belarus, Czech Republic, China, India and Japan for supplying goods of the original production.

Network of Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd consists of 35 branches operating on the principle of wholesale and retail sale of all assets on the range of goods and services warranty-service maintenance of tractors and agricultural machinery.

The headoffice of Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd located in Kiev and includes inter-regional warehouse complex of 20 000 sq.m., which organized by a single automated system for accounting and quality control of goods entering the warehouse.

The structure of Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd includes the plant-manufacturer of tractors MTZ licensed by "Minsk Tractor Works" (Belarussia). During the work of plant the production of 45 modifications of tractors and construction equipment on their base were made.

Our history

• 1995 - foundation Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd - the company-supplier of spare parts for cars and trucks produced in Russia;
• 1996 - the beginning of the formation of a regional network of representative offices in Ukraine;
• 1997 - 1999 years - expanding range of goods due to sales of spare parts for agricultural machinery and tractors, batteries, tires and oils, getting the status of the general dealer NAC "ISTA";
• 2002 - opening of the tractor plant Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd;
• 2004 - the beginning of the work on the direction of cars and bikes;
• 2005 - expanding the network of branches in Ukraine into 30, ten years since the founding Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd;
• 2006 - the beginning of the work on the direction of "Mini-equipment" (tractors, motor blocks and attachments);
• 2008 - getting the status of official dealer of Minsk Tractor Works and the official dealer for the sale of original spare parts for its tractors; becoming general dealer of TM "Foton"; opening 5 new branches Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd;
• 2009 - started production of a new line of mini-equipment: adjusted build and release universal wheeled tractors KIY-425 and KIY-440;
• 2010 - the 15th anniversary of the founding Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd; opening 5 new branches; signing of contracts with the Italian company Landini S.p.A. - a renowned manufacturer of agricultural cultivated wheeled and crawler tractors.
