Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period" ). The Facebook server is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. 4. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period. a) To access the Sweepstakes page and Application, you must "Like" the UFC® Facebook page. Enter the Sweepstakes through the UFC Sweepstakes application on the Facebook Platform (the “Application”). You may access the Application via the UFC page at http://wwww.Facebook.com/UFC by clicking on the tab to “Win Tickets to UFC 141” Sweepstakes page. You can then enter the Sweepstakes through the application on the Sweepstakes page. b) You may also enter online at the UFC site located at http://www.ufc.com/fan and clicking on the link to the Sweepstakes page. No matter where you enter, you must complete the entry form with all required information which will include your full name, address, city, state, ZIP, date of birth, and email address on the entry submission page, and agree to the Official Rules. Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person over the Sweepstakes Period, no matter which form of entry is selected. 5. Winner Determination: A random Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted on or about November 28, 2011 from all eligible entries received. The Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and legally binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND LEGALLY BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. Prizes: Only the number of prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to UFC 141 being held on December 30, 2011 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, plus $2,500 cash for personal expenses. Approximate retail value $3,800. Seat Ticket location will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, airfare, lodging, food, gratuities, shop purchases, incidentals, telephone calls or other personal expenses or charges incurred. One (1) First Prize: Pair of UFC® Gloves signed by Dana White. Approximate retail value $200. Ten (10) Second Prizes: One (1) UFC® Champions Poster. Approximate retail value $10 each. 7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 8. Limitations of Liability: The Sweepstakes Entities and Facebook, Inc., are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
