Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine, the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, took part in organising and holding an All-Ukrainian round table under the title ‘Mykola Dmytrovych Yarmachenko’s contribution to the development of Ukrainian education and pedagogical science (commemorating the 90th anniversary of his birth)’. It was held in the conference hall at the Presidium of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. 02.10.2018 Commemorating the 25th anniversary of publication of the Ukrainian educational and psychological Pedahohika ta Psykholohiia (Pedagogy and Psychology) journal the librarians arranged a book exhibition under the title ‘Pedagogy and Psychology’ exhibited from 10th September by 23rd September . The journal was established by the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in 1993 and published by Pedahohichna Presa Publishing House. 13.09.2018 International cooperation On 10-11 September 2018 V.O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine, the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, took part in scientific and practical conference under the title ‘Ukrainian and Polish psychological and pedagogical research: synchronism and diachrony’ held at Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University.
