Aleksey Lysenko CFO More than 15 years of experience in the field of finance in the agro-industrial complex, production, trade, investment activities on the positions of deputy financial director, senior financial controller, internal auditor, chief accountant, financial director. Large experience in organizing the financial function of a group of companies, accounting and reporting methodology, IFRS reporting and Big4 audit process, internal audit, controlling, planning and budgeting, Due Diligence in the process of acquiring companies. Andrii obtained Master’s Degree in Economics and Enterprise from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University (Ukraine). Anna Yavdonich Marketing Manager 5+ years experience in real estate marketing. Has experience in developing successful projects and implementing long-term marketing strategies. Controls marketing activities of all portfolio assets, including improving the effectiveness of marketing communications and implementing effective marketing solutions in the management of shopping centers. Yuriy Royko Project Manager Provides technical support to the Czech properties. Yuriy is a graduate of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. Faculty of Automation of Construction Production. The diploma is convalidated by the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic. Has a working experience in civil engineering in the Czech Republic.
