Operations are conducted in Ukraine through “T.M.M.”-Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited.
TMM Company, Ukraine (henceforth 'TMM'), is one of the leading real estate developers and construction firms in Ukraine focusing on the middle and upper end residential property segment. TMM has been operating on the Ukrainian real estate and construction market since 1994 and currently represents a vertically integrated group of companies delivering residential, office, and commercial real estate projects. TMM acts as a developer of its own projects and provides general contractor services to third parties.
TMM's value chain consists of the following areas:
  • development;
  • general construction and assembly works;
  • construction materials production, including production of concrete, processing of metal, production of windows and other glass constructions, assembly of ventilation and air-conditioning systems;
  • project and design activities through an in-house engineering center;
  • property management and maintenance services.
During its history, TMM has completed 32 projects with a total area of over 750,000 sq. m. The projects of the company are located in Kyiv and Kyiv region, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, and Kherson region.

Николай Толмачев – основатель и генеральный директор Компании ТММ. Занимает должность генерального директора компании с момента ее основания в 1992 году. Николай Толмачев является заместителем Председателя Совета директоров Конфедерации строителей Украины. Окончил Харьковский авиационный институт с отличием в 1984 году. Получил квалификацию экономиста в Харьковском национальном университете им. В.М. Каразина и защитил кандидатскую диссертацию в Харьковском авиационном институте.
Член Совета директоров, финансовый директор Лариса Чивурина является членом Совета директоров с июня 2007 года. Занимает должность финансового директора Компании ТММ с января 2005. Ранее, с 1994 по 2005 гг., занимала должность главного бухгалтера Компании. Окончила Харьковский авиационный институт, получив квалификацию инженера-механика. Получила квалификацию экономиста в Харьковском национальном университете им. В.М. Каразина.
