About the journal «Food Science and Technology» The scientific and practical journal «Food Science and Technology» is issued from 2007 by the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies and is registered by Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 16 May 2007 ( the Certificate: КВ №12578-1462ПР ). The «Food Science and Technology» journal is included in the list of specialized professional publications, in which results of master's and doctoral dissertations can be published ( List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine, which can be published results of dissertations for academic degrees of doctor and candidate of 10.05.2017 № 693.
