DuPont – unfair competition dispute

Representing a world-known international manufacturer of chemical products in an unfair competition dispute against the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. In this case the Superior Commercial Court of Ukraine issued a precedential decision cancelling the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on the basis of improper application of the Act of Ukraine “On protection from unfair competition”.
