We started with a team of 9 professionals, big ambitions and plans for future. 2008 First CRM system of “Delta M Collection” released, the process of pretrial debt collection automated. We started to work on the strategic planning and the segmentation of portfolios. 2010 We gained some important international experience: the consulting project on dealing with the non-performing assets in Moldova was successfully carried out; Delta M Collection System was sold in Belarus. 2012 Delta M is the biggest debt collection company in Ukraine and is the only one to perform the debt collection process from A to Z, starting with pre-collection to legal collection. 2014 Following several successful consulting projects, we started the collection business in Russia (Moscow and Voronezh) and Kazakhstan (Almaty and Karaganda). 2017 More than 500 employees at Delta M Group today, more than 50 IT systems integrated, more than 150 partners in 8 countries.
