All conference-halls can be modified with mobile walls into smaller ones, allowing up to 10 different events to take place simultaneously. The extensive system of conference rooms can hold several business meetings with their division into sections, large congress may be arranged directly in the exhibition hall. 10 meeting rooms in two pavilions can be employed for the sessions, plenary discussions with division into groups. During the exhibitions all meeting rooms are usually covered by seminars and workshops. Due to the good insulation there is a minimum sound penetration from the pavilion to the conference rooms. Separate entrances to the meeting rooms allow allows visitors to come into the conference rooms directly without entering the pavilion, if this event does not apply to the exhibition. |
